Shipping, Pick Ups & Deliveries

From our store to your space, safely. Select shipping, pick up, or schedule delivery - each handled with the same Schots attention to detail.

Deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.

1. For Courier deliveries, the estimated delivery times from despatch are:
Melbourne - Approximately 1-3 business days
Sydney, Adelaide - Approximately 2-5 business days
Brisbane, Perth - Approximately 3-10 business days
Please allow up to 10 business days for rural deliveries.

2. For Furniture Removalist deliveries, Schots Home Emporium offers a convenient home delivery service for our Melbourne Metropolitan customers.

Melbourne South and Mornington Suburbs - Tuesdays
Melbourne North/West Suburbs - Wednesdays
Melbourne East Suburbs - Thursdays
Geelong/Bellarine - Fridays
*PLEASE NOTE - Stairs will incur an extra $50 delivery fee.*

3. All Interstate Removalist deliveries have a lead time of 2-4 weeks from despatch, with estimated arrival times provided to customers by the delivery company directly.

Unless specifically quoted our delivery does not include delivery above a ground floor level, unpacking, assembly & arrangement of furniture or removal of packaging or delivery to construction sites. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure clear access for delivery & that items purchased will fit through doorways & gates or additional fees may be payable at time of delivery.

Where particular delivery requirements are to be quoted, Schots will endeavor to obtain a quote for these services, although it may be necessary for our delivery team to discuss these needs directly and/or inspect the delivery site prior to quoting.

Adding additional items to your order after provision of a delivery charge or requests to send other orders with a delivery will incur further delivery charges.

Faulty or Damaged Items
In the case of an item arriving broken or faulty, please get in contact with us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery so that we can investigate. We may request photos of the faulty/broken item to help us better understand the situation.

*PLEASE NOTE - It is important that you inspect the items when the delivery arrives. If there are obvious signs of damage to outer packaging, do not accept delivery or sign for receipt and please email us at customerservice@schots.com.au
